5. Home check done

6. Quarantine Procedures (given at time of homecheck)

7. Adoption Contract signed (at time of adoption)

8. Visitation Liability Release form (anyone visiting aviary)

7. Foster Contract/agreement signed

8. fill out bird custody form (at time of foster)

9. fill out equipment custody form (at time of foster)

10. Give copy of Monthly Foster Report (at time of foster)

11. Visitation Liability Release Form (anyone visiting the aviary)
