Quigley/
Eclectus

Quigley the Eclectus has been placed in his new forever home. He is doing great, and getting along fabulously with his new feathered siblings- as well as mamma and
pappa.
Alihi/
Military Macaw

Alihi the Military Macaw is getting to know his new
family. He is doing well- and seems to e enjoying the one on one attention he gets from his new mom.
Taz/
Quaker

Taz the little quaker is being spoiled rotten by his new mommy. He is doing well- and seems to be enjoying the one on one attention he from gets her as well as his other "siblings"... the dogs in the house. I think I know who's the boss though, don't you???
SKY/
Conure
Sky the blue-crowned has now gone to his forever home in Austin. He is doing great- and learning to do tricks already with his new mommy. He is enjoying all the attention- and especially the special treats that he gets when he does his tricks. Sky- you are one LUCKY
bird.
Picasso/
Eclectus

News has it that Picasso is doing great in his new home. His new daddy built him his very own little habitat where he can enjoy the sunshine, rain and even snow from inside a very cozy warm aviary. He is feeling spoiled already.
OPIE/
African Gray

Opie has only been in his new home a little over a week and he is already doing wonderfully. You can see him on our facebook page at www.facebook.com/birdhaven. Opie has already won the hearts of his new mommy and daddy- as well as feeling comfortable enough to put their little dog in his place too. I can already tell who is gonna be the boss
here. :) Way to go Opie!
lou lou/
Blue and Gold Macaw

I hear that Lou Lou has already wrapped his daddy 'round his little talon. He eats breakfast with daddy at the table every morning and daddy "jumps" any time Lou Lou says he wants something. :) NO... it really isn't quite that bad but... Louise is getting spoiled
rotten in his new home with his new mommy and daddy and other "feathered siblings". His favorite thing is to "hang out" on the kitchen counter and throw his toys off so that Mommy will pick them up again. Oh, yes, he did also learn to make his own "do it yourself" toy recently. You can read and see a video of this
experience on our facebook page at www.facebook.com/birdhaven. Keep up the great work Lou Lou.

Butters (Cariad)/
Patagonian Conure

Cariad, now named Butters, the little Patagonian Conure has done great in his new home. He's been there just a few weeks and is already settled in quite nicely. Butters has other "birdy friends" in his new home as well as a new mommy and daddy who love him very much. You
can see more about Butters and how well he is doing on our facebook page at www.facebook.com/birdhaven.
folly/
Mollucan Cockatoo

Folly the Mollucan Cockatoo, although he has had to overcome some serious problems is now doing quite well in his new forever home. His new family thinks the world of him and spends as much time with him as they possibly can. He has adjusted even better than I thought he would. Just goes to show you what a little
love will do.
Puffins/
African Grey

After being fostered by board member Jamie P. for behavioral rehabilitation. Puff wormed his way into her heart and has now been made a permanent member of her flock. He is slowly learning how to interact with humans in a positive way, and is enjoying his enriching environment.

Eclectus

I just want you to know how thrilled I am with my little boy, Danny. He is the handsomest ever! He has adapted perfectly to his new home, and he is healthy and happy. I so appreciate all of the information you have put together about bird care on the Wings of Love Bird Haven website. This has been invaluable to me and quite an education! I keep coming back to your pages again and again. Thank you so much!
Corky & nibbons
Just a note of information... don't know how much you remember about the 2 birds I got from you, but Corky and Nibbons were just about featherless when I got them from you. Corky was the worst shaped bird I have ever seen in my life/absolutely "NO" feathers anywhere except on his head where he couldn't reach them... and Nibbons had feathers sparsely scattered around his body... today Nibbons looks completely normal, with a
beautiful peach colored head. and now finally after the many months we have had Corky, he is almost completely feathered now with the fluffy new feathers they start off with, and on his wings and tail, the long shoots are coming out everywhere. His tumor (or growth) on his chest remains the same and is not growing (thank god) and now, the skin is stretched
there, so the feathers are widely spaced apart, but are coming out now quite nicely...

and many more to come...
