Many employers just LOVE to help out their employees with their charitable giving endeavors by "matching" or even "double-matching" the amount. For example--if you donated $10.00 a month to Wings of Love Bird Haven, Inc. with the "matching gift" program, the donation will double to $20.00 or even $30.00 a month by asking your employer to match it. A great way to help us out---without it costing you the whole amount. Please check with your company, or the company of others you know, to see if they offer this opportunity. We always have need for volunteers. From cage cleaning to playing with/handling the birds to toymaking.... there is a place for everyone.
If you don't live in the DFW area you can also help us out. If you are anywhere in Texas we could use you as a homechecker in your local area. Even if you live outside the state of Texas we can use your help on fundraiser events.
